Pierwsza ciekawa:
Hi Michal
I hope you're well. I am contacting you as our client has asked us to approach candidates of your calibre to discuss the possibility of working on a new project with them.
At this very moment our client is constructing the world's first intelligent answer engine based on semantic information recognition. This new search engine is based on innovative cloud data technology which doesn't recognise meaning by search words but rather by the correlation as regards to content and is able to generate answers from data.
My client has had some of the brightest minds in .NET software development working on this product for the past 3 years and feels it is now time to take the market by storm. Their ultimate goal is to overtake Google by 2020. In line with this, they have begun a period of aggressive expansion and have opened a stylish new UK office. As part of this, it is our job to recruit the next generation of .NET software and web developers to take this search engine to new heights.
They are looking for .NET Developers from a number of different backgrounds and have told us that successful candidates must at least have strong knowledge and experience with OO principles. Any experience in the following is also desirable but not essential: Azure, AWS, F#, elastic search, Kibana, Agile, TDD / BDD, Kanban, Ruby, Knockout.JS, AngularJS, RESTful API, Web API, WCF, ASP.NET MVC 6, SQL Server 2014, Bootstrap, IOC, dependency injection, Entity Framework, multi-threading, MSMQ, TeamCity, WPF and Mongo.DB.
They are looking to hire great and innovative minds. They have given us a rough guideline on salaries they are offering for various positions but I must stress they don't like to use arbitrary salary ranges based on years of experience. They pay salaries according to a developer's level of talent and potential. Please find details of salary and benefits package below.
Basic Salary:
Junior Developers: £25,000 to £40,000
Middle -Weight Developers: £40,000 to £50,000
Senior Developers: £55,000 upwards
Technical Leads: £70,000- £90,000
Architects: £80,000- £110,000
Benefits:
10% bonus (5% based on personal performance, 5% based on company performance).
Generous pension scheme and private healthcare.
Training allowance of £10,000 per year.
Free lunch.
Summer exchange programme with European offices (the company will pay for accommodation for you and your family for a period of up to six weeks).
27 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays) plus your birthday off.
Flexible working hours.
Team BBQ every Friday afternoon during the months of July and August (early finish).
Free gym membership.
2 days per month allocated for team building activities
Access to a gaming lounge- complete with pool tables, ping pong tables and retro arcade games (yes this does include Pacman!!!).
If you are interested in working with a development team that contains 3 current MVPs then please send an up to date copy of your CV and I will send you a detailed job specification!
Druga to obrzeze Londynu, ale oferta skierowana do ludzi spoza UK.
Hi Michal,
I hope you are doing well,
I just wanted to get in contact regarding DCSL Software LTD who are based over here in the UK.
They are looking for talented C# ASP.Net MVC Microsoft Developers to join their team in Farnborough UK.
Over the past few years , they have had massive success in bringing European candidates over from europe, placing British candidates within their business and supplying a very successful career path for these candidates.
They are looking to pay between £35,000-45,000 per annum and their process is very simple.
First stage would be a C# technical assessment, followed by a one stage skype interview.
Would this be of interest?
